Welcome to Grey Matter Distillery, Jacksonville’s very first craft distillery! Locally and family owned, Grey Matter was founded in 2014. In the spring of 2021, we opened our doors to the public for tours, tastings and an extensive menu of craft cocktails in our cozy Atlantic Beach setting. Grey Matter is the mother-brand of two Florida favorites, Carve Craft Vodka and Live Oak Whiskey, both of which are distilled and bottled right on-site. Along with our newest addition, Mayport Moonshine, we've got something to offer everyone. Customers have called our distillery a "hidden neighborhood gem" and we find that hard to argue. Come in, cozy up on the couch or at the bar, and enjoy our specialty hand-crafted cocktails.  With so many options ranging from freshly made infusions, exclusive syrups, fine frozen concoctions and boozy popsicles, you're sure to discover a new favorite!
