Our Space

Grey Matter Distillery is located in Atlantic Beach, Florida -  Customers have called our distillery a “hidden neighborhood gem,” and we find that hard to argue. Cozy up on the couch or grab a seat at the bar and enjoy handcrafted cocktails featuring house-made infusions, syrups, and spirits distilled and bottled right here at Grey Matter.

Five times a year, we completely transform our space with a new theme, new décor, and a specialty cocktail menu to match. And it all comes from our small Grey Matter team. We dream up the drinks, plan the events, build the themes, and somehow figure out how to bring it all to life.

Whether it’s date night, drinks with friends, themed trivia, or one of our Saturday night dance parties, there’s always something happening and always a reason to come back and see what we’re up to next.
