Welcome to Grey Matter Distillery, Jacksonville’s very first craft distillery! Locally and family owned, Grey Matter was founded in 2014. In the spring of 2021, we opened our doors to the public for tours, tastings and an extensive menu of craft cocktails in our cozy Atlantic Beach setting. Grey Matter is the mother-brand of many Florida favorites including Carve Craft Vodka, Live Oak Whiskey, Mayport Moonshine, and our newest addition, Ribault Rum - all of which are distilled and bottled right on-site. We've got something to offer everyone - hope to see you soon!

Customers have called our distillery a "hidden neighborhood gem" and we find that hard to argue.
